Nantucket Service Matrix   Please note that Standard Offer Service in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts ended as of midnight on February 28, 2005. Under current regulations, customers who did not choose a competitive supplier when Standard Offer Service ended (this includes customers served by Standard Offer 1, Standard Offer 3 and Standard Offer 11/13) began receiving Default Service in the applicable SMD Load Zone and customer group on March 1, 2005.   We provide two retail services to customers which are given three internal designations for wholesale procurement purposes.   The three internal designations can be further divided by customer group to produce nine separate internal load classifications.
